Need a logo that stays sharp at any size? This page turns a drawing into an SVG by tracing the edges of a high-contrast bitmap.
How to make an SVG from a drawing
- Upload a BMP or PBM (up to 40 MB).
- Optionally ignore tiny specks and choose how corners are treated.
- Press Convert file and download the SVG.
Clean line art is a good preset for stamps and handwriting.
What you get
A vector SVG. You can scale it for a favicon or a poster. It is not a photo filter. Soft gradients and busy photographs will look like a woodcut, not a photograph.
Tips for a clean trace
- Put the drawing on a plain background.
- Increase contrast before you export the bitmap.
- Raise “ignore tiny specks” if dust or JPEG crumbs show up as extra shapes.
